PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Product Refunds

Should you decide you no longer want your Sky365™ Roof Panel Product or ordered the wrong color, you may initiate a refund request by contacting us at info@sky365roofpanel.com within 48 hours of the initial order being placed. A refund of the purchase price less any transaction processing fees will then be issued to the payment method on record for your order within 1-5 business days. All Product Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the initial order being placed. Any Refund requests made outside of the initial 48 hour window will be subject to the limitations of Product Satisfaction Returns policy outlined below in Section 2.

  1. Product Satisfaction Returns

Should you be less than happy with your Sky365TM Roof Panel Product, you may return within 30 calendar days of receipt if it is still in its original packaging and includes all original parts and components.  A 20% restock fee will be imposed on all non-Limited Warranty returns. the product must be in new condition to qualify for credit. You can return items by contacting us here https://sky365roofpanel.com/pages/contact, for instructions on returning the Product within 30 calendar days.  Be prepared to submit the following information, all of which are required to evaluate the claim: (1) proof of product purchase, (2) photos or video of the product(s) with a brief description of the reason for return, and suspected cause (include year, make & model of vehicle with any other aftermarket products installed), (3) Customer contact information and shipping address.


Conditions on Product Satisfaction Returns

  1. Lux-Products will not accept returns on a Cash on Delivery (“COD”) or Freight Collect Returns (“FCR”) basis. Shipping on all returns must be fully prepaid by and the cost for such shipping is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

  2. You must enclose a copy of the original invoice for the Product(s) with the returned Product.

  3. All Product Satisfaction Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the return results in a refund or credit to the Customer, the restocking fee will be withheld from the refund or Credit amount.  Refund will be made to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

  4. Discontinued, damaged, “open box” or special order items are not returnable, and no refunds will be given for these items.

  5. Returned products must be in “like new” condition, and must be free of scratches, mars, paint chips, adhesive delamination, broken components, and in original packaging to receive a refund.

  6. Refunds, credits, or reductions to a balance due from the customer will be made only after inspection and approval by Lux-Products.

  7. Lux-Products is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.  Instances where packages are lost during return shipping must be handled by the Customer as a claim directly with the return freight carrier.


Return of Damaged Shipments

  1. If your package arrives damaged, the Customer must contact Lux-Products at https://sky365roofpanel.com/pages/contact within 30 calendar days of receipt for assistance.

  2. Returns of Damaged Shipments are subject to the same conditions outlined above for Product Satisfaction Returns.

  3. Limited Warranty Returns


You may return items under the conditions of the Sky365™ Roof Panel Limited Product Warranty by contacting us here https://sky365roofpanel.com/pages/contact  for instructions on returning the Product within the Limited Warranty Period.

 

Conditions on Limited Warranty Returns

  3. Refunds or replacements under the Limited Warranty are made subject to the Sky365™ Roof Panel Limited Product Warranty and will be made only after  inspection and approval by Lux-Products.
